In-Store Purchases Only
Our website is provided for informational purposes only. At this time, we do not offer online purchases. All products and services must be purchased in person at our store.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, availability, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate; however, this information may change at any time without notice. Final pricing and availability are confirmed in-store.
Payments
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer deposits or partial payments.
Orders, including special or custom items, will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Appointments & Fittings
If you book an appointment or fitting, we ask that you arrive on time. We may reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary. Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
Wedding & Group Orders
For wedding parties or group orders, the following policies apply:
Full payment may be required at the time each order is placed
Each member of the group is responsible for their own order unless otherwise arranged
Final measurements and selections must be completed by agreed-upon deadlines
We are not responsible for delays caused by late measurements, changes, or lack of communication from group members
Changes made after orders are placed may not be possible or may incur additional costs
Custom or special-order items for wedding parties are typically non-refundable
We strongly recommend allowing adequate time before the event for fittings and alterations.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Items must be in original condition and unworn
Custom-made garments are not eligible for return or exchange
Ready-to-wear garments that have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange
Proof of purchase may be required
Requests must be made within [X] days of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
